An automatic tensioner pulley having a sealing structure is provided to block fully an inflow of foreign materials such as dust or water to a bearing side of a pulley used as an automatic tensioner by using the sealing structure. An automatic tensioner pulley having a sealing structure includes a rotor, a bearing(110), an annular ring(108), and a sealing cover(112). The belt is wound around an outer circumference of the rotor. A hole(102) is formed in a center of the rotor. An annular recess(105) is formed at the outside of the hole. The bearing is inserted in the hole of the rotor. The annular ring is inserted into the annular recess of the rotor. The sealing cover is fixed to the rotator so that the annular ring is closely attached to the inside thereof.
