A case for accommodating a bottle is provided to protect a bottle from the external impact and to improve the cooling or warming effect of the content of the bottle. A case for accommodating a bottle comprises a case main body(10) which comprises an accommodation part having an aperture(12) at the upper part for the insertion of a bottle(2) into a main body part(3), and a hollow part(15); and a screw part which is formed at the aperture of the case main body and the upper part of the main body part of a bottle for mutual screw combination.
