<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance radio quality by avoiding congestion caused by concentrating call processing traffic to a specific cell in a wireless network system. <P>SOLUTION: In the wireless network system, a mobile unit transmits to a wireless network control apparatus ranking information of strengths of radio waves received from two or more radio basestation devices. Each of a plurality of radio basestation devices transmits to the wireless network control apparatus traffic information within each of the radio basestation devices. The wireless network control apparatus uses traffic information within the two or more radio basestation devices among the received traffic information, to select an optimal radio basestation device and transmits information designating the radio basestation device to the mobile unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
