<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer device which effectively uses a memory which is mounted on an IC card. <P>SOLUTION: An execution program is stored in an address other than a logic address controlled by a virtual machine on an operating system. The execution program and its location which are associated are stored in association with each other in an entry point stored in the logic address controlled by the virtual machine.
