<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component mounting apparatus capable of compacting the whole apparatus while a tool holding member, which can be accessed by both a pickup head and a loading head, is arranged between a component supply part and a substrate holding part. <P>SOLUTION: The component mounting apparatus 1 provided with the pickup head 22 and the loading head 33 which are respectively arranged so as to be freely moved in a Y-axis direction in which a component supply stage 3 and a substrate holding stage 4 are arranged, and the tool holding member 63 which holds tools 23a, 34a for substituting a pickup tool 23 and a loading tool 34. A moving table 15 allowed to be freely moved in an X-axis direction orthogonal to the Y-axis direction is arranged in an area R0 between the component supply stage 3 and the substrate holding stage 4, and the tool holing member 63 is arranged on the moving table 15 in an overlapped area R of a movable area R1 of the pickup head 22 and a movable area R2 of the loading head 33. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
