<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the feeding operation of an intermittent feeding unit in a part supplying device. <P>SOLUTION: A rachet 43 integrated with a feed gear 42 is turned to internal gear formation, and the gears 42 and 43 are attached to a spindle 47 integrated with a linking link 44 through a unidirectional clutch type torque limiter 46 for inversion protection. Two driving pawls 45 are disposed on the inner peripheral side of the rachet 43, such that the swing amount is a half of the pitch of the teeth of the rachet 43 and they are alternately engaged with the rachet 43, and a cover part 44a covering the rachet 43 and the driving pawls 45 is formed on the linking link 44. Thus, the teeth of the rachet 43 are made large so as not to cause tooth skipping of the driving pawls 45, abrasion of the teeth is suppressed, the engagement of a foreign matter between the rachet 43 and the driving pawls 45 and scattering of a lubricant applied to the teeth of the rachet 43 are prevented, and it is made possible to apply a sufficient amount of the lubricant. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
