Disclosed is a prefabricated boiler. According to the present invention, the prefabricated boiler comprises: a heater unit comprising a support member having an ash pan disposed on a lower end thereof and a combustion unit disposed on an upper surface thereof, an inner body having a combustion space therein, whose upper and lower surfaces are opened to be mounted on an upper end of the support member, and an outer body which encloses the support member and the inner body to have a separation space connected to the combustion space, and has an extension unit formed by extending a lower end thereof outwardly, a cap disposed on an opened upper surface thereof, and an installation hole disposed on one surface of the extension unit; a hot water heating unit consisting of a first hot water tank mounted on an upper end of the extension unit by inserting the outer body into a hollow hole formed in the middle thereof to produce hot water using heat of the outer body, and provided with a first hot water inlet and a first hot water outlet; a heating water heating unit consisting of a heating water tank mounted on an upper end of the first hot water tank by inserting the outer body into a hollow hole formed in the middle thereof to produce heating water using the heat of the outer body, and provided with a first heating water outlet connected to one end of a heating pipe and a first heating water inlet connected to the other end of the heating pipe; and a flue connected to the installation hole to allow heat produced in the combustion space to move downwards through the separation space and then move to the outside through the installation hole. According to the present invention, heat loss of the heater unit can be blocked. Heating water of a low temperature can be preheated three times. Waste heat of the flue is used to maximize thermal efficiency. |
