The present invention relates to an abrasion testing device for a long pitch type roller chain assembly, which is a testing device for testing the abrasion of the roller chain assembly. The present invention comprises: a base; a bush fixing unit which is installed on the base and grips and fixates a bush of a roller chain assembly; a horizontal tension providing unit which is included to be able to move back and forth toward the bush fixing unit in the upper side of the base and provides horizontal tension force for the roller chain assembly; and a vertical tension providing unit which is included between the horizontal tension providing unit and the bush fixing unit on the base, grips the roller of the roller chain assembly, and provides vertical tension force for the roller chain assembly while moving vertically by penetrating the penetration hole of the base. The present invention like the above is able to clearly check the state of abrasion and damage caused by friction between a pin and a bush by providing the same environment as the real driving situation of the long pitch type roller chain assembly.
