The present invention relates to a micro-fluidic chip capable of simultaneously measuring sample sensitivities of heterogeneous cells through a simple method, and a method for measuring sample sensitivities of heterogeneous cells by using the micro-fluidic chip. More specifically, the micro-fluidic chip comprises: two or more fluid feeding holes; a gradient generating region for separating fluids fed through the fluid feeding holes into a plurality of micro-channels having different concentration gradients; a cell culturing region in which a chamber set including a plurality of cell culturing chambers is connected with each of a plurality of bottommost micro-channels of the gradient generating region, wherein each of the cell culturing chambers has a cell culturing chamber upper end valve installed in an upper end thereof; and a discharging hole connected with the cell culturing chambers of the cell culturing region. |
