The present invention relates to a truncated cone-shaped unit cell for a solid oxide fuel cell and a solid oxide fuel cell stack comprising the same. The unit cell for a solid oxide fuel cell comprises a truncated cone-shaped anode support tapered in order that the diameter of a lower opening port is bigger than the diameter of an upper opening port. The solid oxide fuel cell stack having excellent sealing properties and low resistance between current collectors can be implemented.
