The door (1) has a controlled illuminating light source (11) integrated to an internal covering panel (3) and within an autonomous electrical lamp (13) supplied with a pile or battery. The lamp is fixed to the internal covering panel according to a position and an orientation relative to the internal covering panel such that the light source emits a light beam directed towards the bottom of the door. An internal unlocking handle (4) controls the lighting of the lamp when the handle is brought to an unlocking position of the door. The lamp is provided with an illuminating switch.
