<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide improved possibility of the way how a load sensor is to be attached on the surface of a rotor blade. <P>SOLUTION: In this method of attaching load sensors 5, 5a, 5b, 5c, 5d, 5e on the surface 3 of the rotor blade 1, the load sensors 5, 5a, 5b, 5c, 5d, 5e have a support 6, and the support 6 has many strain gauges and a plurality of fixing holes 8 at prescribed intervals (d<SB>1</SB>). The method includes the steps for: (a) forming a plurality of holes 7 so as to have between the holes 7, substantially equal intervals (d<SB>2</SB>) to the prescribed intervals (d<SB>1</SB>) between the fixing holes 8; (b) providing threaded inserts 9 in the holes 7; and (c) inserting bolts (13) through the load sensors 5, 5a, 5b, 5c, 5d, 5e into the threaded inserts 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
