| 摘要 | The first embodiment of the invention is a spot welding method using a welding gun including a pair of electrodes holding and welding a welding point of a workpiece. The method including: transmitting an ultrasonic from one of the electrode pair to the workpiece with the electrode pair holding the workpiece; receiving the ultrasonic at the other electrode passed through the electrode pair and the workpiece; and detecting a holding state of the workpiece on the basis of an amplitude of the received ultrasonic. According to the embodiments of the invention, the welding gun can hold the workpiece at the proper position and with the correct angle, thereby reducing the welding flaws. | ||
