PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press device capable of shortening a time required for press working.SOLUTION: A press device 1 of the invention is provided with: a slide 5; a slide drive section 6; a load applying section 7; a slide holding section 8; and a control section 11. The slide drive section 6 has a servo motor 60, and a transmission mechanism 66. The transmission mechanism 66 transmits driving of the servo motor 60 to the slide 5. The load applying section 7 moves an upper die 12a downward by an oil pressure with a predetermined pressure, and can apply a molding load to a preform material 301 and a thermosetting resin. The slide holding section 8 mechanically holds the slide 5 so as to receive a reaction force of the molding load. The control section 11 moves the slide 5 to a molding region by the slide drive section 6, holds the slide 5 by the slide holding section 8, and then moves the upper die 12a downward with a predetermined pressure by the load applying section 7 and applies the molding load to the preform material 301 between the upper die 12a and the lower die 12b and the thermosetting resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
