PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte power storage element, high in discharge capacity and excellent in cycle characteristics and rapid charge/discharge characteristics.SOLUTION: A nonaqueous electrolyte power storage element includes: a positive electrode including a positive electrode active material capable of inserting/desorbing anions; a negative electrode including a negative electrode active material; and a nonaqueous electrolyte.
