PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform re-payment work of a rejected bill.SOLUTION: The bill processing apparatus comprises: a payment port for receiving bills; an identification part for identifying and counting the bills; a conveyance part for conveying the bills; a plurality of dispensation ports for integrating the bills; and a temporary holding part capable of temporarily holding the bills and feeding out the held bills. The bills conveyed from the payment port by the conveyance part are integrated while being classified and sorted in the plurality of dispensation ports based on identification results of the identification part or temporarily held in the temporary holding part, and the bills held in the temporary holding part are then fed out and integrated in the plurality of dispensation ports.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
