PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction management system/method for a chemical feeding method, that acquires, in real time, data for management in a chemical feeding method, is capable of preventing data falsification, and is capable of preventing a system configuration for management from being falsified.SOLUTION: A construction management system, a management system for applying a chemical feeding method for drilling improvement object ground before injecting a solution type permanent chemical to solidify the ground, comprises a drilling measuring instrument and a chemical injection measuring instrument. Data acquired by the drilling measuring instrument and data acquired by the chemical injection measuring instrument are transmitted, through the Internet, to a cloud server 1 by first transmission means 12 and second transmission means 25, respectively, to generate predetermined data and first data authentication information. Information processing terminals 3, 4 receive the predetermined data to display the data on display units 7. An authentication server 2 receives and stores the first data authentication information.
