The present invention relates to a polymer represented by a compound expressed by the chemical formula 1, the compound being a compound expressed by the chemical formula 2 with the ring of aziridine opened, and a method for producing the compound. Using aziridine which is a three-membered heterocyclic compound structurally similar to epoxide, other types of click-responsive polymers can be obtained.
