PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copper alloy sheet capable of imparting sufficient strength and radiation performance to a manufactured heat radiation component when processes for manufacturing the heat radiation component partially include a process of heating at a temperature of 650°C or higher.SOLUTION: A copper alloy sheet for a heat radiation component includes 1.0-2.4 mass% Fe, 0.005-0.1 mass% or less P and the balance Cu with inevitable impurities. In the copper alloy sheet, 0.2% yield strength is 110 MPa or more and electric conductivity is 50% IACS or more, after heated for 30 min. at 850°C, then cooled by water, and an aging treatment. The copper alloy may further include 1.5 mass% Zn and/or 0.5 mass% or less Sn.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
