Outer and inner grooves (12,13) are arranged in pairs opposite one another in the concentric surfaces (10,11) of the cylindrical armature (9). The windings (5) are wound in the same direction on outer and inner bars (14,15) between the grooves, and combined with pole windings facing one another and wound in opposite directions. The commutator (7) fixed to the driving shaft (2) has a number of segments corresp. to half of the number of grooves. Pairs of field magnets (3,4) on the inside of the casing (1) and on a soft iron underlayer (6) around the axis correspond to the number of poles. ADVANTAGE - The power of the motor can be increased or its current consumption reduced without enlargement of its dimensions.
