TREATMENT OF WASTE GAS FROM PRINTING MACHINE AND DRYER SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dryer system of a printing machine, which is capable of treating a waste gas discharged from a dryer of the printing machine and containing an ink solvent with advantageous fuel consumption and an equipment in a small space compared to the conventional. SOLUTION: The waste gas 1 discharged from a dryer 10 of the printing machine is brought into contact with a honeycomb shaped catalyst formed by carrying Pd on a carrier composed of a multiple oxide of Al and Zr in a catalyst chamber 20 and at least one part of the waste gas 2 discharged from the catalyst chamber 20 is circulated to the dryer 10 through a hot air chamber 30 as the hot air 4 for drying the printing ink.
