The cutting fluid distribution system disclosed is one in which the cutting fluid passages (28,28') which carry the cutting fluid from a pressurized source to the cutting bits (56, 56') of a rotary milling cutter (10) are incorporated into the cutter in a way to be formed in large part by the mere assembly of the constituent elements of the cutter.
