PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare an oily solid cosmetic not sticky on its application, having a dry feeling, excellent in extension, spreading and affinity to skin and also in temperature stability from a low temperature to a room temperature. SOLUTION: This oily solid cosmetic is characterized by containing 50-85 mass % component (a) as a non silicone-based liquid state oil having a branched structure in its molecule and fluidity at (-) 20 deg.C, 5-15 mass % component (b) as a wax and 10-35 mass % component (c) as a powdery material. Also, the above oily solid cosmetic is characterized by containing the component (a) which is 1 kind or >=2 kinds selected from glyceryl tri-2-ethylhexanoate, pentylglycol di-2-ethylhexanoate, isotridecyl isononanate and isononyl isononanate. Further, any of the above oily solid cosmetic is characterized by having a rod state shape.
