PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the agitation efficiency of bedding and excreta. SOLUTION: The bedding and the solid deposits included in the excreta are shredded by shredding vanes 3. The clogging between the pitches of the mixture mixed with the bedding and the excreta is prevented by agitating vanes 5. As a result, the agitation efficiency of a large amount of the bedding and the excreta is improved.
