The boat is for use in combination with an outboard motor (2) and has a motor suspension location piece which is raisable and turnable between a motor usage vertical position and a horizontal motor non-usage position. The location piece (3) is formed as a frame with two-sided (4,5) hinged suspension on adjustable stirrups (6,7). The motor is placed on a base (10), on the under side of which is a valve (11). The stirrups on their outer ends turned away from the frame are coupled with an adjustment component (8) for their operation. The suspension device is positioned in a closable space. The frame is provided with a water repellant (12).
