PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting device assuring simple mounting, easy to make sure, unlikely to slip off, and not taking much time for installation. SOLUTION: The mounting device comprises a body equipped with a rotary supporting shaft, a rotary member furnished with an inserting slope and a stationary slope adjoining each other and rotatable along the rotary supporting shaft, and a resilient member installed between the body and the rotary member, and when inserted into a device to be mounted, the inserting slope of the rotary member touches the device to be mounted and rotates in the energization increasing direction of the resilient member, and at completion of the mounting, the stationary slope of the rotary member touches the device to be mounted owing to energization by the resilient member so that removal is no more possible.
