PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an escort belt used for restraining a suspected person so that the suspected person or the like does not run away or do harm to a policeman or the like, when the policeman hauls the suspected person or the like. SOLUTION: This escort belt is composed of a belt 2 having a plurality of through holes 7 at its one end, a Hook-and Loop fastener 8 on its rear face, a projecting tongue 3 fittable to one of the through holes at the other end, a Hook-and-Loop fastener on its surface, and a back ring 5 on a back position, a key 10a having a wire for key, and engaged with the projecting tongue 3 of the belt, a cuff 13 having a central ring 13a through which the wire for key of the key is inserted, and a cord 4 having a connecting portion connected with the back ring 5 of the belt 2 and a gripping portion gripped by an escort, and including an inner wire forming a ring held by a hand.
