PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigeration air conditioning device having an ion/ozone generator miniaturized to reduce its installation space and capable of being easily recycled, having a blowout opening incorporating the ion/ozone generator capable of being easily mounted on an existing refrigeration air conditioning device, and further having the ion/ozone generator capable of easily controlling the ion/ozone generating quantities and having high discharging efficiency. SOLUTION: This refrigeration air conditioning device comprises a heat exchanger 11 for exchanging the heat between a supplied heat medium and the heat-exchanged air, an air blower 12 for sucking the heat-exchanged air and blowing out the air after heat exchange, and a temperature control unit 1 having the blowout opening 20 with the ion/ozone generator 2.
