PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque fluctuation absorbing damper having less number of parts and is easy to assemble. SOLUTION: An annular mass body 2 is connected displaceably relatively in the circumferential direction to the outer periphery of a hub 1 via a first elastic body 3 formed of rubber-like elastic material. A supported cylindrical part 43 of a pulley 4 is supported on a rim part 14 of the hub 1 via a radial bearing 51. A stay 6 is press fitted to a supporting cylindrical part 13 positioned on the further inner peripheral side than the first elastic body 3 and formed on the hub 1. The stay 6, positioned further on the outside in the axial direction than an inner peripheral flange part 44, is connected in the axial direction to the inner peripheral flange part 44 formed on the pulley 4, via a second elastic body 7 made of a rubber-like elastic material. A thrust bearing 52 is interposed between the opposing faces in the axial direction of the pulley 4 and the hub 1 which is made narrow by compression force in the axial direction of the second elastic body 7.
