PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent such an event that causes a failure due to the use of a device in an information processor using a device connected via a communication path or in an information processing system comprising this kind of information processor. SOLUTION: The information processor 1 has a device communication performance management module 31. The device communication performance management module has a communication performance evaluation part 32 for measuring and evaluating communication performance on a device to be used in use by a device using application, a device naming rule management part 35 for managing a naming rule for reflecting the communication performance evaluated by the communication performance evaluation part to a name for a device file of an evaluation object device, and a device file management part 36 for creating the device file of the evaluation object device with a name satisfying the naming rule based on the communication performance evaluation result. The communication performance evaluation result by the communication performance evaluation part is reflected to the name of the device file to be provided to the device using application.
