PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a C1 coverage measuring instrument for measuring the C1 coverage of a program, based on execution address data, with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: The C1 coverage measuring instrument includes: a hard disk 60a for storing an object program 62; a performance address list acquiring part 52 for acquiring a performance address list; an object syntax analyzing part 54 for extracting one or more branch instructions and the plurality of respective branch targets of one or more branch instructions from the object program 62, obtaining branch instruction addresses respectively corresponding to one or more branch instructions and branch target addresses respectively corresponding to the plurality of branch targets, and also generating object syntax analysis data for recording the branch instruction addresses and the branch target addresses where the branch instructions and the branch targets are made to be pairs; and an object C1 calculating part 56 for generating object C1 coverage data, based on the execution address list and the object syntax analysis data, and calculating the C1 coverage of the object program.
