PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the fusion and deformation of a resin section due to welding heat, when welding a terminal molded with resin to the counterpart of connection, in an electric motor. SOLUTION: The electric motor 20, where a connector terminal 67 molded with resin is welded to the counterpart of connection, has a sectional area reduced portion 68, between a section, where the connector terminal 67 is molded with resin, and a section, which is welded.
