PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate empathy of a user to a specific object in a video image and to promote understanding of the contents of a video content. SOLUTION: This signal processor 1 which outputs video images and/or sounds on a plurality of display parts is provided with: an operation part 13 which accepts operation input from the user; a storage part 10 which stores a table describing correspondence between an effect which is presented to the user and a viewing position of the user, and correspondence between the object in the video image and the display parts which present video images of the object; and a control part 12 which outputs the video images and/or the sounds of the object to the display parts associated with the object based on the table specified by the effect selected via the operation part 13. Then, when the empathy to the specific object is selected as the effect, the video images and/or the sounds of the specific object are outputted on a display part D installed in a position which does not come into sight of the user among the plurality of display parts D.
