The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing sweet pumpkin monaka and the sweet pumpkin monaka manufactured thereby. The present invention comprises the following steps: preparing monaka stuffing (step 1); coating a monaka crust consisting of a body part and a cover (step 2); and filling the monaka stuffing in the body part of the coated monaka crust and closing the cover of the monaka crust (step 3), and has advantages of taking nutritive components of a sweet pumpkin and enhancing a taste and a texture by using the sweet pumpkin as an ingredient of the stuffing. |
