in a first communication device of a magnetic resonance apparatus, generating a useful signal; transmitting said useful signal from said first communication device to a second communication device of said magnetic resonance apparatus using visible light as a communication medium; and receiving the useful signal, transmitted using said visible light as said communication medium, at said second communication device.
