This anisotropic electrically-conductive film, which contains metal particles, such as solder particles having an oxide film on the surface, as electrically-conductive particles for use in anisotropic electrically-conductive interconnections, is provided with metal particles within an insulating film, the metal particles being regularly arrayed in plan view. The metal particles are arranged such that at least one end part from the anisotropic electrically-conductive film front surface-side end thereof and the anisotropic electrically-conductive film back surface-side end thereof is in contact with, or nearby, a flux. In preferred practice the metal particles are solder particles. In preferred practice, the insulating film has a two-layer structure, and the metal particles are arranged between the layers. |
