According to the present invention, there is provide a coated film that can be suitably used in various applications in which a good adhesion property to various resins, in particular, solvent-free type resins, are required, for example, as a member for a prism sheet or a microlens sheet used in a backlight unit for liquid crystal displays, etc. The coating film of the present invention comprises a polyester film and a coating layer formed on at least one surface of the polyester film, which is used for forming a surface functional layer on a surface of the coating layer by using an active energy ray-curable coating material, wherein the coating layer is prepared from a coating solution comprising a polyurethane resin having a carbon-carbon double bond that is reactive with a carbon-carbon double bond in a compound forming the surface functional layer, and a carbodiimide compound or an isocyanate compound. |
