According to the present invention, a moisture discharging device of a dryer includes: a frame which has an air discharging opening for discharging air in the dryer and an air supply opening for supplying air to the inside of the dryer arranged in parallel; a door member which rotates around a rotary shaft to open and close the air discharging opening and the air supply opening, respectively; a parallel damper which includes a motor unit for providing a rotational force needed to open and close the door member in order to open and close the air supply opening and the air discharging opening at the same time by an operation of the motor unit; an air discharging pipe which is connected to the air discharging hole of the damper in order to let discharged air pass through; an air discharging fan which is installed on the opposite side of the part of the air discharging pipe connected to the damper; a suction unit including a suction opening for drawing in the outside air and a heat exchange unit which enables the air drawn in through the suction opening to come in contact with the outer surface of the air discharging pipe and exchange heat with the outer surface in order to supply the air passing through the heat exchange unit to the air supply opening; an air discharging duct which is connected to the air discharging opening of the damper and is extended toward a lower end of the dryer from an upper end of the dryer; and an air suction duct which is connected to the air supply opening of the damper, is extended to the lower end of the dryer from the upper end of the dryer, and has a length longer than the length of the air discharging duct.
