1. A user terminal supporting D2D (Device-to-Device) communication which is direct terminal-to-terminal communication, comprising:
a receiver configured to receive configuration information broadcasted by a base station, the configuration information indicating special radio resources secured to broadcast D2D resource information; and a controller configured to broadcast the D2D resource information to other user terminals using the special radio resources, based on the received configuration information, wherein the D2D resource information includes frequency parameters and time parameters that are required for the other user terminals to identify radio resources available for the D2D communication, the special radio resources are secured without using to the D2D communication, periodic radio resources are secured as the special radio resources, and the controller periodically broadcasts the D2D resource information.
