Provided are a coated copper powder capable of forming a conductive film with high oxidation resistance and high conductivity, a copper paste, and the copper conductive film with high conductivity rarely causing hydrogen embrittlement. The copper paste is produced by adding the copper powder and an organic calcium composite into a beaker. The organic calcium composite is added at a ratio of about 25-1200 (ppm) with respect to copper by a CaO conversion. Phosphorous added into the copper powder as a deoxidizer is combined with calcium when burning, thus a reaction between phosphorous and copper is prevented. Consequently, an increase in a resistance value is prevented by containing phosphorous, thus an internal electrode with high conductivity is obtained. Furthermore, removing phosphorous is not necessary to increase conductivity in a copper powder manufacturing process as phosphorous does not hinder conductivity. Accordingly, the effects of obtaining high oxidation resistance and curbing hydrogen embrittlement of the formed internal electrode are obtained. |
