The purpose of the present invention is to provide a panel cutting assembly. The panel cutting assembly comprises: a horizontal guide where panel fixing units are provided to both ends; a vertical guide where a horizontal movement control unit formed to be slid along the horizontal guide in the horizontal guide in one end, and a handle is provided to the other end; and a grinding unit formed to be slid along the vertical guide in the vertical guide to grind a panel toward a lower side of a surface formed by the vertical guide and the horizontal guide.
