The present invention carries out centrifugation in a state in which blood is accommodated in an accommodation space part formed at the lower part of a main tube, injects white blood cells, which are a separation layer of the centrifuged blood, into a separation space part of the main tube, and then couples an upper cap such that the upper cap communicates with a passage part of the main tube, thereby allowing only concentrated platelets to be collected and extracted, and thus the separation of blood and the extraction operation of concentrated platelets can simultaneously proceed by carrying out centrifugation once and with one container.
