PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device applicable to an artificial neuron network.SOLUTION: The electronic device includes a first circuit, a second circuit, and first to sixth wires. The first circuit includes a first transistor, a second transistor, and a capacitor. The second circuit includes a third transistor. A gate of the first transistor is electrically connected to the first wire, a first terminal is electrically connected to the second wire, and a second terminal is electrically connected to a gate of the second transistor. The capacitor capacitively connects the third wire and the gate of the second transistor. A first terminal of the second transistor is electrically connected to the fourth wire, and a second terminal is electrically connected to the sixth wire. A gate of the third transistor is electrically connected to the second wire, a first terminal is electrically connected to the fifth wire, and a second terminal is electrically connected to the sixth wire. The first circuit is capable of storing a weight as an analog value. The first transistor is typically an oxide semiconductor transistor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
