摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the strength of an Fe-Ni alloy by means of hot rolling. SOLUTION: When TH, TRS, and TRF represent ingot heating temp., hot rolling starting temp., and hot rolling finishing temp., respectively, with respect to respective temps. of TG, TDR, TSR, and TR which are defined, when TM represents material melting starting temp. by deg.C, by TG=0.93TM, TDR=0.5TM +280, TSR=0.5TM-140, and TR=0.5TM-340, respectively, the method of manufacture of the Fe-Ni alloy sheet comprises the following stages (1), (2), (3): (1) a stage where an ingot is heated under the condition of TH<TG; (2) a stage where hot rolling is performed, under the condition of TRS>TDR>TRF>TSR, at >=10% draft per pass from TRS to TDR and successively at >=50% total draft from TDR to TRF or hot rolling is performed, under the condition of TRS>TDR and TSR>TRF>TR, at >=10% draft per pass from TRS to TDR and successively at >=50% total draft from TDR to TSR and further warm rolling at >=5% total draft from TSR to TRF is carried out; (3) a stage where cold rolling and annealing re repeated and final cold rolling is performed while regulating crystalline grain size after final annealing to <10μm. By the above procedure, >=240 Vickers hardness and >=800 MPa tensile strength can be attained.
