PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a skin cosmetic hardly causing color change by watching directions, providing a natural finish, capable of changing hue of the skin while maintaining transparency, hardly causing change of finish by the time passage, and capable of maintaining the finish just after coating for a long time. SOLUTION: This skin cosmetic contains (A) a powder having 7-40 color difference (ΔE) calculated by the formulaΔE=[(L45.45 *-L45.20 *)<2> +(a45.45 *- a45.20 *)<2> +(b45.45 *-b45.20 *)<2> ]<0.5> about two interference light (L45.45 *, a45.45 *, b45.45 *) and (L45.20 *, a45.20 *, b45.20 *) expressed by CIE1976L*a*b* color specification system when the powder is measured by uniformly coating the powder on a black synthetic leather so as to form 8 mg/100 cm<2> thickness, and measured by using 45 deg. angle of incidence, and -45 deg. and -20 deg. light-receiving angles, and (B) a color pigment of iron oxide sintered with titanium oxide.
