<p>PURPOSE:To accurately perform consecutive recording, etc., in a short operating time by freely stopping a loading member by moving backward a little from a loading completion position to an unloading side when a mode is transferred from a recording/reproducing mode to a stopping mode. CONSTITUTION:When the mode is transferred from the recording/reproducing mode to the stopping mode by depressing a stopping button, the loading member 12 at a supply side and the loading member 33 at a take-up side are topped by being moved backward a little from the loading completion position to the unloading side. In case of the mode is transferred from the recording mode to the stopping mode by depressing the stopping button, the reciprocal moving distance of the members 12 and 33 when the mode is transferred from the stopping mode to the recording mode by applying the same function as that of the stopping mode at the subloading positions of the loading members 12 and 33 at a state where a magnetic tape is abutted with a control head 61, etc., can be reduced wherever practicable. Thereby, it is possible to reduce the deviation of program searching of a tape T against a rotary head drum 3 wherever practicable, and to accurately perform the consecutive recording.</p> |
