PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely control a spool valve to a desired position. SOLUTION: The spool of a spool valve 30 is moved to the target relative rotary angleθa decided by an operation state in order to bring close to the relative rotary angleθ. This spool is moved by an output duty value Td. Here, when Td is outputted as the sum of a learning advance angle duty value Ta and a temperature compensation duty value Tthw, the spool is moved to the position where a hydraulic passage 60 is begun to open and moved from this position to be advance angle side by the duty responding to the deviationθa-θ. When the relative rotary angleθapproaches toθa, by the output of a learning hold duty value Th in place of Ta, the spool is controlled to the position where the hydraulic passage is closed. In the movement to a lag side, a learning lag duty value Tr is outputted in place of Ta. |
