<p>The vehicle's front and rear support connections(1,2) are telescopically interconnected by a slide shaft(6) which in the retracted state of the vehicle is located with one of its ends between or near to the wheels(4') of the running gear(4). The slide shaft is located level with or below the axle of the wheel. The telescopic connection may be provided by two or more parallel extending slide shafts, each guided in a housing(5). The wheels are mounted on the running gear in an individual wheel suspension, and the slide shaft passes through the running gear.</p> |
