PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch operation input device capable of providing a convenient operation. SOLUTION: When an input pad is depressed weakly, a first signal is outputted to a touch tracer controller 44 from an operation deciding switch 34, and a signal for scrolling a picture at a first speed is outputted to a control part 46 by the controller 44 to have a picture displayed at a display 12 scrolled at the first speed by the control part 46. Also, when pressurizing (strongly pressuring) an input pad 16, a second signal is outputted to the touch tracer controller 44 from the operation deciding switch 34, and a signal for scrolling the picture at a second speed is outputted to the control part 46 by the controller 44, so that the picture displayed on the display 12 is scrolled at the second speed by the control part 46.
