PURPOSE: Provided is a handle for a skipping rope capable of being retractable along an axis and having recessed portions applying acupressure to a palm of a user when turning the skipping rope. CONSTITUTION: The handle includes a head(7) and a rope ring(9) coupled to the head. The handle has a body of a circular cross section along an outer periphery thereof. A circular ball(2) has a through-hole at a center portion thereof, and plural circular balls are inserted into a retractable core. Both ends of the core are fastened to bolts or pieces(8).
